Smaller Cities with Biggest Growth

Casa Grande will see a 600% surge in rental supply, adding 700 new single-family homes.

Buckeye has nearly 1,900 new rentals in development, ranking 4th nationwide for the largest number of houses for rent under construction. These projects will increase the city’s BTR inventory by 332%.

Apache Junction and Queen Creek are set to more than double their BTR supply, showing how smaller cities with lower inventory and available land are leading in percentage growth.
