The 32nd Annual Best of the West Awards Dinner took place on Thursday, October 24, 2024, at Desert Diamond Arena honoring the West Valley’s best leaders, organizations, and programs. WESTMARC recognized finalists in the categories of Economic Engine, Emerging Leader, Excellence in Education & Workforce Development, Excellence in Innovation, and Quality of Life Enhancement.

Excellence in Innovation: Gaucho Security Operations Center

Additionally, the WESTMARC Board of Directors recognized individuals and projects that inspire leadership and advances the West Valley. This year the WESTMARC Board of Directors honored:
- Randy Gibb, Grand Canyon University – Inspiration in Leadership Award
- West Valley Forward, Arizona State University – Regional Advancement Award
- Jeanine Jerkovic, City of Surprise – President’s Choice Award
