Better Business Bureau (BBB) announces seven Arizona companies as winners of the 2024 BBB Torch Awards for Ethics. Title sponsored by Desert Financial Credit Union, the program raises awareness in marketplace ethics and recognizes businesses that operate with the highest levels of integrity.
The BBB Torch Awards for Ethics is one of the most prestigious honors BBB bestows on a company, celebrating businesses that uphold the highest standards of integrity and ethical practices in all aspects of their operations. Winning businesses have displayed an outstanding level of commitment to ethics and trust by illustrating the character of their organization’s leadership, how an authentic culture is being fostered, how their company prioritizes its relationship with customers, and the impact the organization is making in its community.

A signature event was held at the Arizona Biltmore where winners, finalists and community members celebrated the importance of a trustworthy marketplace. Keynote speaker, Frank Kitchen, an internationally renowned expert with 30 years of experience in talent development, shared insights on how business professionals can exceed their goals and transform their dreams into reality.
