Jennings, Haug & Cunningham is pleased to announce that Emily Wilfinger was named to the editorial board of Arizona Attorney Magazine, a publication by the State Bar of Arizona. Her term recently commenced, and involves advising on the magazine’s editorial content.
Wilfinger’s practice is primarily focused in personal injury and products liability, and commercial, complex and general civil litigation involving medical malpractice. She also represents clients in cases ranging from dram shop claims, and fire and casualty losses, to construction defects and contractual disputes.
Arizona Attorney Magazine, published by the State Bar of Arizona 11 times per year, is a mainly voluntarily authored publication, which, in turn, is reviewed by the editorial board. Articles are focused on applicable and utilitarian issues, in addition to legal matters. Arizona Attorney also announces Bar activities and events, as well as information on member promotions and accomplishments.
Wilfinger is an active member in the legal community, as well as professionally. She enthusiastically is a member of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel, where she serves on its Young Lawyer Division Executive Board. Additionally, Wilfinger mentors law students, and is an adjunct faculty member of Arizona Summit Law School.
