REMAX Fine Properties and REMAX Solutions announced a merger that unites two of Arizona’s top-producing real estate brokerages into a single, statewide brokerage. The combined brokerage will operate as REMAX Fine Properties and bring together more than 400 agents across ten offices in Avondale, Flagstaff, Glendale, Munds Park, Peoria, Pinetop, Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Tucson.
Jamie Wong (pictured) will continue as Managing Partner and Broker/Owner of the expanded brokerage, and Dan Porter, owner of REMAX Solutions, will serve as a Managing Partner and Advisor, uniting complementary leadership strengths to support agents and broaden the company’s market presence. Building on the momentum of the previous merger of REMAX Fine Properties and REMAX Professionals in January 2026, this next chapter further increases the company’s scale, resources and service footprint across the state.
“We’re thrilled to bring together two powerhouse brokerages into one unified organization,” said Wong. “Our agents consistently outperform the market, and now – with REMAX Solutions joining the REMAX Fine Properties family – we’re elevating what’s possible for our teams and our clients across Arizona.”
REMAX Fine Properties was recently recognized as Arizona’s No. 1 real estate company by AZ Big Media – a testament to the brokerage’s exceptional performance and reputation. Phoenix Business Journal ranked REMAX Fine Properties and REMAX Professionals as the number 11 and 14 most productive offices in the state, respectively, for 2025. Together, the organization would place No. 9 statewide based on productivity metrics, further reinforcing the strength of the partnership.
“This merger opens the door to more opportunities for our agents and helps us build a more powerful foundation for long-term growth,” said Porter. “Combining our teams, leadership talent, and resources positions us to deliver even greater value to both our agents and clients.”
REMAX Fine Properties serves buyers and sellers in the residential, commercial and luxury markets. The REMAX brand continues to be a powerful driver behind the brokerage’s strength. In an evolving real estate landscape, the decision to merge reinforces a shared belief that coming together makes the team – and the agents – stronger.
