Buck & Rider, the acclaimed seafood-driven concept from Scottsdale, Arizona, announced its first expansion outside of the Southwest. The new location is slated to open in late 2026 in the prestigious Waterside Shops in Naples, Florida. This marks a momentous milestone for the restaurant and its parent company, Hi Noon Hospitality, as they bring their celebrated cuisine to one of Florida’s premier luxury retail destinations—making a significant financial investment in the property as part of their commitment to the region.
“Naples was a natural first choice for our expansion of Buck & Rider. I have deep roots here—years ago I called this coast home, and I’ve spent countless days fishing the waters on the east and west coast of Florida and down to the Keys,” said Adam Strecker, CEO and founder of Hi Noon Hospitality. “Fish from these waters have been on our menu since day one, so bringing Buck & Rider to Naples feels like coming home.”
Celebrated for its practice of bringing in seafood daily from around the world, its vibrant raw bar, and elevated yet approachable atmosphere, Buck & Rider was recently named one of the Top 20 Oyster Houses in North America by Yelp Elites — a recognition that underscores the brand’s commitment to quality and innovation in the seafood space.
“We are honored that Buck & Rider has chosen to establish its first location outside of the Southwest here at Waterside Shops,” said Nate Forbes, managing partner of The Forbes Company. “The addition of Buck & Rider to our portfolio is testament to our dedication to bringing first-to-market and best-in-class shopping and dining to this region and continuing to serve as a top destination on Florida’s Paradise Coast.”
Currently operating three locations in Arizona—Camelback/Phoenix, North Scottsdale, and Gilbert/East Valley—the brand is poised to bring its signature freshness and flavor to Florida’s Gulf Coast. The Naples location will celebrate the region’s rich culinary traditions, offering guests a refined menu that highlights locally sourced seafood and ingredients, while incorporating some of the most meticulously sourced seafood flown in daily from across the globe. In addition to serving the Naples community, the new restaurant will also expand access to premium Florida seafood across all Buck & Rider locations.
Buck & Rider has consistently demonstrated strong market performance from inception across its existing locations, generating immediate consumer loyalty, exceeding projected benchmarks, and sustaining high-volume traffic. “We introduced fresh seafood to the Southwest and saw instant traction,” said Strecker. “This expansion to Naples is a strategic growth initiative—to bring a proven concept to a market that shares our values of quality, hospitality, and coastal culture.”
In keeping with Buck & Rider’s commitment to a strong sense of place and drawing from its surrounding environment, the Naples location is being thoughtfully designed in collaboration with top architects and contractors. The project is led by the acclaimed Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, with Naples-based MHK Architecture providing local expertise and vision. The space will feature a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor areas—including patios, main dining, and gathering spaces—creating an atmosphere that’s both elevated and inviting. Every aesthetic detail, from building materials to lighting, is carefully chosen to reflect Buck & Rider’s philosophy of simplicity and quality and the spirit of the Gulf Coast. “We’re excited to collaborate with teams who understand how to translate place into experience,” said Strecker. “Their design approach perfectly complements our brand and the guest experience we’re creating in Naples.”
The Naples location is expected to open in late 2026 and will feature Buck & Rider’s hallmark design elements, including an open kitchen, expansive raw bar, and breezy indoor-outdoor seating that reflects the coastal lifestyle.
