REDW Advisors & CPAs announced the appointment of Diana Gibson as its first-ever Director of Client Success. In her role, she will be responsible for fostering strong, enduring relationships between the fast-growing national firm and its clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional value from the wide array of services REDW Advisors & CPAs offers. Gibson will serve as a supportive point of contact for all clients across REDW’s service lines to ensure the experience is consistent, and she will also serve as a member of the leadership team in the strategy and implementation of programs that enhance client satisfaction and retention.

“For more than 70 years, REDW Advisors & CPAs has been committed to embracing new ideas and providing trusted expertise.” said Kerry Prine, the firm’s Chief Operating Officer. “As a result, what was once primarily a tax and accounting firm is today an array of integrated, multidisciplinary advisory services – including software solutions, wealth management, human resources consulting, forensic & dispute advisory, business valuation, and cybersecurity. With the comprehensive suite of business advisory services and support that we provide today, we needed a veteran leader to help ensure we exceed client expectations across all lines of business. Diana will be an invaluable asset as we continue to evolve the ways in which we serve our clients around the globe.”

Gibson, who will be based in REDW’s Phoenix office but will travel to all offices across the firm’s growing footprint, brings more than 15 years of experience to the role, including more than a decade in several leadership positions at DAS Technology (formerly Digital Air Strike) as well as in a Vice President position at Benchmark IQ.

“After spending over a decade leading client success initiative in fast-paced, high-growth environments, I knew I wanted my next chapter to be deeply meaningful – both professionally and personally. When I connected with REDW’s leadership, their mission, values, and long-term vision immediately resonated with me,” said Gibson. “This is a firm that not only prioritizes client success, but also leads with integrity, invests in people, and truly serves its community.”

Gibson’s position is the latest in a series of key leadership roles introduced by the firm. In 2024, REDW appointed Marketing Director Heather Stratz, and in 2023 brought on Prine as the firm’s first COO and Byron Wheeler as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The firm has also experienced explosive growth in recent years. In 2024, REDW announced that Phoenix-based firm Hatcher Financial joined REDW. Through the acquisition, Hatcher Financial, a provider of tax and accounting services as well as a suite of wealth management and financial planning services, joined REDW Wealth LLC, an SEC-registered investment advisory firm subsidiary of REDW Advisors & CPAs with more than $866 million in assets under management. Also in 2024, REDW’s team based in Oklahoma formally moved into a new office located at 211 N. Robinson Ave., Suite N150 in Oklahoma City. The 3,126-square-foot space supports a total of 22 REDW employees and allows room for continuous growth. In addition, in late 2023 REDW announced the opening of its first Pacific Northwest office via the acquisition of Oregon-based Grove, Mueller & Swank, P.C., as well as its acquisition of Edwards, Largay, Mihaylo & Co. in Phoenix in 2022.

“Today, REDW’s team of more than 55 principals and nearly 375 employees across its four offices and remote work locations around the globe serve thousands of clients across the United States and internationally, offering a comprehensive suite of business advisory services and support,” said Gibson. “My role is to provide each of our clients with direct, consistent attention no matter their service need. We want to be the partners that our clients know they can call for anything, at any time.”

In addition to her work at REDW, Gibson is the founder and chief executive of The Diana Adapted Foundation, which was created to serve and empower those individuals with sudden limb difference with a focus on supporting them through their mental and physical health and independence.

“I was in an ATV accident in 2016 that resulted in the amputation of my right dominant arm, and I was left to navigate my new normal with very little resources,” said Gibson. “I did extensive research on adaptive tools and equipment ranging from every day to fitness-based options to allow me to continue to thrive in my life. Our nonprofit is focused on assisting and supporting individuals with similar experiences on their unique journey to be the best version of themselves in every area of their lives.”

Gibson earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Centenary University in New Jersey. She lives in North Scottsdale with her husband, Tyler, and three children, Olivia, Roman, and Luca.
