Industry Veteran Brings 30 Years of Experience to Lead ABA’s Growth and Innovation

The Arizona Builders Alliance (ABA), a leading trade association for contractors in Arizona, announces Mark Stoller as its new Board Chairman for 2025. Stoller, currently the General Manager Southwest Division for GrayWolf, brings over 30 years of construction industry experience to this pivotal role.
Stoller’s appointment marks a significant milestone for the ABA, reflecting the organization’s commitment to leadership that understands the industry from the ground up. His diverse background spans roles from laborer and carpenter to executive management, providing a comprehensive perspective on the construction sector’s challenges and opportunities.
“I am honored to take on this role and excited about the future of the Arizona construction industry,” said Mark Stoller, ABA 2025 Board Chairman. “My goal is to leverage my experience to foster innovation, promote workforce development, and strengthen our industry’s position in Arizona’s economy.”
Stoller’s career began in his teenage years and propelled forward when he founded his own construction company while earning a BS Degree in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University to fund his education, successfully managing commercial, residential, agricultural, and industrial projects.
“Mark’s extensive experience and deep understanding of our industry make him an ideal leader for the ABA,” said Kim Davids, President of the Arizona Builders Alliance. “His vision aligns perfectly with our mission to advance the construction industry in Arizona through education, advocacy, and innovation.”
A 25-year Arizona resident, Stoller has been an active ABA member for over a decade. He is a 2013 Leadership Development Forum graduate, a 2015 Senior Executive Program graduate, and previously served on the ABA Board of Directors. His industry involvement extends to management representative roles for the Arizona Steel Field Erectors Association and the Western Steel Council.
With over two decades of experience within the DBM Global family of companies, Stoller has also worked for a turnkey Design Build Developer, a CMAR firm, and a hard-bid self-perform General Contractor. His project portfolio spans various market sectors throughout the U.S. and includes challenging international projects.
Outside of his professional life, Stoller is known for his community involvement, coaching youth sports, and his passion for DIY projects. His hands-on approach and commitment to the industry are expected to bring fresh perspectives to the ABA’s leadership.
