Branden Mondragon
LevRose Commercial Real Estate named two new partners, expanding leadership at one of Phoenix metro’s prominent commercial real estate firms. Branden Mondragon and Sean Lieb join the partnership at the Scottsdale-based firm, which has operated in the Valley since 1992 and serves as Phoenix’s TCN Worldwide affiliate.
Mondragon, who specializes in retail leasing and sales across Greater Phoenix, joined LevRose in 2020. As a partner, Branden will continue to expand the firm’s retail property listings and enhance client representation throughout the valley.

Sean Lieb
Lieb, previously senior vice president, brings expertise in landlord and tenant representation plus investment sales across Phoenix, Tucson and surrounding markets. He has been in commercial real estate since 2014 and joined LevRose in 2022
“Sean’s entrepreneurial approach and negotiation skills truly set him apart in a crowded Phoenix Retail landscape,” Baumgardner said.
The firm handles commercial real estate transactions throughout metropolitan Phoenix, working with landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. LevRose joined TCN Worldwide, a network of independent commercial real estate firms serving over 200 markets, in 2013.
