Phoenix REALTORS Partners to Increase Transparency in Homebuying and Selling

Phoenix REALTORS® announced the association will begin offering its brokers the opportunity to incorporate new proptech platform Rayse into their business. Rayse is designed to elevate agent-client relationships through increased transparency and collaboration, offering comprehensive, real-time visibility into activity across the entire transaction timeline. The tool both enhances a client’s homebuying journey and provides live data and insights that demonstrate their agent’s value. Rayse has been available to Phoenix REALTORS brokers as of Dec. 2.

It’s become more critical than ever for agents to have a data-driven way to clearly articulate their value. According to several nationwide studies, the industry has already begun to see pressure on commissions since the recent National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) settlement changes.
