Haydon broke ground on a new Vanguard Truck Centers dealership in Tolleson. Located on 12 acres, the facility will span 60,000 square feet and will feature 26 service bays in an air-conditioned shop, a 24,000-square-foot parts warehouse, a state-of-the-art showroom and office area along with electric charging capabilities. Impact Development Management is the real estate development management firm and Fitzgerald Associates is the project’s architect.
“Haydon is thrilled to partner on this much needed – and innovative – facility located in a prime transportation corridor that Tolleson offers,” said Christian Davis, Director of Preconstruction at Haydon. “It’s even more meaningful when you factor in our established partnership with Tolleson, a project with a positive economic impact in the community plus a strong collaboration across the board with all partners.”
The center’s location is just south of I-10 at 91st Avenue and Latham Street. The facility also will feature Volvo and Mack New truck sales, premium used truck sales, finance and insurance, Vanguard Truck Leasing and comprehensive parts and service offerings.
