Whispering Hills Drive in southwest Phoenix. Tri Pointe Homes is expected to bring a total of 165 new homesites to Whispering Hills with sales, pre-scheduled appointments and four model homes for touring now underway.

Starting from the mid $500,000s, Tri Pointe’s homes at Whispering Hills are available in Spanish, Southwest and Desert exterior styles, ranging from approximately 2,346 to 4,304 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4.5 bathrooms, and 3- to 6-bay garages. Tri Pointe’s three neighborhoods — Ridge, Summit and Atlas — allow residents to select from unique single level floor plans with options that include open concept FlexDesign® spaces, accessory garages and a GenSmart Suite®.

The Ridge Collection at Whispering Hills has 80 planned homesites. The thoughtfully designed homes will range from approximately 2,346 to 2,987 square feet with 3 to 4 bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths and 3-bay garages. Homebuyers can select between four expected open concept floor plans, complete with options like executive kitchens, frameless walk-in showers, and the versatile GenSmart Suite® for multigenerational living.

The Summit Collection at Whispering Hills invites homebuyers to experience the pinnacle of modern living with an anticipated 32 homesites nestled in the heart of the community. The homes will range from approximately 2,733 to 3,567 square feet with 3 to 5 bedrooms, 2.5 to 4 baths and 3- to 4-bay garages. Customers can select from four expected flexible, outdoor living-optimized floor plans. Depending on the plan and homesite selection, customers can secure optional attached accessory garages, or other optional features including a 16’ multi-sliding glass door at the great room, and an additional 8’ sliding glass door at the game room, prioritizing optimal indoor/outdoor living.

The Atlas Collection at Whispering Hills is located in the western expanse of the community with 53 spacious homesites planned across four expected single-story floor plans ranging from approximately 2,987 to 4,304 square feet. The homes will include 4 to 5 bedrooms, 3 to 4.5 bathrooms and 3- to 6-bay garages. With Flex Design® floor plans, homebuyers will have the freedom to personalize their space with options including detached and attached accessory garages (pending plan and homesite selection), executive kitchens with prep zones, extended primary suites, and multiple sliding glass door options that allow for a seamless indoor/outdoor living experience.
