The ownership team behind the $45 million renovation and enhancement of the Esplanade campus—one of Phoenix’s most prestigious mixed-use office destinations—is pleased to announce its newest partnership with DMK Restaurants as its hospitality and culinary provider. This partnership advances upgrades in progress to four office buildings and the addition of 30,000 square feet of new amenity space to the 1 million-square-foot campus. The Esplanade is creating a new standard for the office and by incorporating unparalleled service, advanced technology, and intelligent spaces to give businesses and workers the tools they need to flourish.

DMK Restaurants is among the nation’s most innovative hospitality companies, partnering with leading brands across a variety of industries including The Chicago Bears, Morgan Stanley, Virgin Hotels, Vornado Realty & Trust and others. Founded in 2009, DMK is led by David Morton of the Morton’s Steakhouse family.

DMK’s scope at the Esplanade includes a full-service restaurant and bar, a grab-and-go coffee shop and marketplace, and vertically integrated food and beverage offerings available within the property’s private tenant network, granting access to an enhanced reservation system, and allowing tenants to have items delivered directly to their offices throughout the campus.
The restaurant will feature world class, all-day dining options for all tastes; Phoenix’s first listening room integrating state-of-the-art sound with customizable menus; and liquor lockers offering tenants the option to store personal collections. A private dining room provides guests with the option to host groups for social gatherings, special occasions, and business meetings.
As an additional option to tenants and visitors, the grab-and-go coffee shop and marketplace will offer artisanal coffees, gourmet iced teas, locally prepared pastries, freshly prepared sandwiches and sandwiches, gourmet snacks, and house made sushi.
The Esplanade is one of Phoenix’s most prestigious mixed-use office destinations located in the heart of the Biltmore/Camelback Corridor that creates a new standard for the future of work. The 1 million+-square-foot campus offers a highly amenitized experience with various food & beverage options alongside a conference center, work-forward lounge, state-of-the-art gym and fitness studios, with access to sophisticated hotels, high-end dining and nightlife, and luxury retail. Its $45 million renovation and redevelopment is expected to be complete by June of 2024.
