Laura has been with OneAZ for 3 years, previously serving as EVP Retail Sales and Chief Retail Officer. As EVP Chief Operations Officer, Laura will plan, organize, and direct OneAZ’s retail delivery system, digital direct/mortgage lending, consumer lending services, Wealth Management group, card and deposit operations, and collections.

Laura has over 20 years of financial industry experience. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Winthrop University.
Chip Griffith has been promoted to OneAZ Credit Union’s SVP Retail Sales and Operations. In his new role, Chip provides strategic leadership for OneAZ’s retail operations, workplace banking and retail lending support. Previously, Chip served as the Credit Union’s Central Regional President. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Chip gives back to the community by serving on the following Boards: Junior Achievement of Arizona, the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, TGEN and Chandler Compadres.
