Local Multifamily Management Company Utilizes New AI Technology to Support during Labor Shortages


Amid a national labor shortage, MEB Management Services (MEB) found a unique way to ensure their resident are taken care of and their current employees aren’t overworked to fill in the employment gaps.

By incorporating cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology, MEB has saved more than 3,000 team member hours while effortlessly helping keep apartment managers and their residents happy.

In early 2022, MEB partnered with Elise AI (formally known as Meet Elise) to stay up to date on emerging technology and to combat some labor shortages at many of their properties across Arizona and the Southwest.

Through the COVID-19 pandemic, MEB, like many other companies, adapted to their ever-fluctuating employee relationships. Now more than ever, MEB believes it is crucial to support their staff, especially those that work from home or take time off.

Elise AI is one of the most advanced multifamily AI assistants. It offers round the clock communication by answering emails, texts and calls. Its advanced, lifelike persona also helps to coordinate prospective resident tours.

With over 23,000 properties in the southwest, MEB generally has hundreds of tours scheduled each day and without Elise AI, it takes a large amount of time and effort from the management team to coordinate and conduct tours.

After using Elise AI for just a few months over 1,800 tours have been scheduled. This allows employees to spend more time with prospective residents during in-person tours and provide support to its current residents at the properties.
