Rose Law Group names Shruti Gurudanti as Partner and Director of Corporate Transactions.
At Arizona’s largest law firm founded by a woman, Gurudanti focuses her practice on business and corporate transactions, including national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, and capital formation transactions. Gurudanti has been an M&A lawyer and entrepreneur for almost a decade. Forbes named Gurudanti and her health-tech company, Televeda, one of the Top 52 women-led startups. She was recently also recognized and named “Rising Star 2021” by Super Lawyer.
A creative problem-solver, she’s known to help clients think strategically. When considering disruptive and innovative strategic transactions, companies and entrepreneurs routinely seek out Shruti’s advice to structure, negotiate and close their deals. In addition to mergers and acquisitions, Shruti also advises on Space Law, corporate governance issues, investments in early and later-stage companies, private equity and venture capital investments, and other complex contractual arrangements.
Before joining Rose Law, Gurudanti focused her efforts on representing property owners, investors, and operators on their most complex and highest-value luxury hospitality projects and transactions around the world. Originally from India, Gurudanti is licensed to practice in India and in the US, and she often advises companies investing into and from India.
“I am so excited and honored to play an integral part in growing this extraordinary team and firm. I look forward to working collaboratively with the entire team to serve the needs of our clients,” Gurudanti said.
She earned her law degree in the US from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.
“Shruti is a star for our firm and I couldn’t be happier to promote her to this important position,” RLG founder Jordan Rose said.
