Poltorak joins UBS following an accomplished tenure at Sterling (NASDAQ: STER), where she helped scale the company’s Healthcare division into its largest business unit and later led the Regulated Industries Division. During her leadership, Sterling achieved major growth milestones, strengthened its market leadership, and advanced innovation across product, client success, and operations.
