Chanie Gluck is Founder and CEO of 4D Global, Inc., a medical billing staffing and human resources company dedicated to supporting healthcare companies grow and scale their business. 4D Global primarily focuses on revenue cycle management, efficiency, and profitability by providing specialized and experienced medical billers all hired, managed, and supervised at its facilities located in Chennai, India. 4D Global services clients in 20 states around the U.S and is expanding rapidly. 4D Global won the Best Place To Work in India for two years in a row, 2021-2023 and made the Inc. 5000 list as one of the fastest-growing companies. 4D Global is the second healthcare company founded by Gluck. Her first business, 4D Medical, was launched in 2002. 4D Medical specialized in medical billing services to physicians, medical practices, and hospitals in the northeast. She sold that business in 2015, around the time 4D Global was beginning to service clients. As the CEO of 4D Medical, Chanie sought operational efficiencies and discovered offshore opportunities in India. She perfected offshore systems to improve profitability, scale easily, and impress her clients with exceptional work.
