Brian Crisp takes on the title of President, Arizona Region, and will work alongside Jeff Friesen, President, Southwest Region, to help Enterprise continue its growth. Crisp has been with Enterprise for more than 10 years, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Commercial Lending. John Kinser has been promoted to Director, Commercial Real Estate for the Southwest Region, after more than three years with the bank. He will oversee the lending group dedicated to the acquisition, construction and refinancing of CRE loans.

“Brian and John have been instrumental in helping Enterprise continually and consistently grow its presence in Arizona,” Friesen said. “These promotions reflect their achievements, as well as our continued investment in the Southwest Region and specifically Arizona.”

The new hires include Ryan Parker (SVP) and Jason Royer (VP). Both bringing extensive client service experience to their roles as relationship managers, along with Spencer Wood, serving as a commercial banking officer for the commercial real estate team.

“Enterprise continues to grow in Phoenix and Arizona, and we have identified this group of talented bankers to assist us in maintaining our high-touch approach to customer service,” Friesen said. “This is another example of ongoing efforts to support our continued growth and provide additional resources to support our dedicated team in a manner that aligns with an ability to increase our capabilities in Arizona.”

Parker has spent nearly two decades in commercial banking, serving banks in the Southwest and Mountain West regions, bringing experience in business and market development along with commercial credit underwriting, portfolio management, tax and financial analysis, cash flow management and investment management to customers in multiple industries.

As a credit professional at financial institutions of varying sizes over the past decade-plus, Royer has both commercial and retail banking experience. He is a creative problem-solver with advanced credit analysis and underwriting skills, successful at efficiently and effectively closing deals in an advantageous manner for customers.

Wood’s previous experience includes serving as a commercial mortgage and loan analyst where he underwrote and prepared documents for construction loans, refinances, and equity offerings for retail, self-storage, industrial, multi-family, and office properties. His work also involved analyzing relevant real estate markets and conducting due diligence on investment opportunities.
