LevRose Commercial Real Estate announced the promotion of Mike Baumgardner from Managing Director to President. This well-deserved advancement recognizes his exceptional leadership and meaningful contributions to the firm.
During his time at LevRose, Baumgardner has played a key role in driving growth, elevating client service, and strengthening company culture. With 20 years of industry experience, he brings deep market insight, trusted client relationships, and a proven track record of expanding LevRose’s reach across the Valley.

As President, Baumgardner will continue to focus on mentorship, team development, and delivering top-tier value to clients, while advancing the firm’s long-term strategic vision. His steady leadership and passion for the business will be a driving force as LevRose continues to expand across Metro Phoenix.
Baumgardner joined LevRose in 2017 after 14 years at CoStar as Regional Director of Sales. He garnered numerous accolades while at CoStar, including the prestigious 2011 Top Performer award and several “President’s Club” honors. While at Co-Star he skillfully managed teams across Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, forging strong client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
A native of Michigan, Baumgardner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in international business from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He serves on the Board of Directors for REIAC Southwest.
Away from the office, Baumgardner enjoys spending time with his wife (in luxury residential real estate) and two daughters. He coaches one of his daughters in softball as she prepares to play in college. An avid golfer, Baumgardner balances his professional life with family, community involvement, and outdoor activities such as skiing and hiking, all while prioritizing health and fitness.
