The Arizona Association of REALTORS® has announced the appointment of REALTOR® Lisa Paffrath as its Treasurer for the remainder of the 2023 term.
Paffrath was appointed to fulfill the remainder of Mandy Neat’s term, who stepped down from the position after accepting an appointment as Deputy Commissioner of the Arizona Department of Real Estate. In compliance with the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Bylaws, 2023 Executive Committee President Eric Gibbs selected Paffrath to fill the vacancy, which was subsequently approved by the Executive Committee.
In addition to Gibbs, Paffrath joins President-Elect Shelley Ostrowski and First Vice President Sulinda “Sindy” Ready as members of the Arizona REALTORS® 2023 leadership team. These four individuals incorporate their industry knowledge, experience and leadership skills to guide the more than 55,000 REALTOR® professionals who serve their clients in all areas of real estate including residential, commercial, property management, land, appraisal and relocation.
“Lisa is a welcome addition to our volunteer leadership team as she brings her broad expertise and strong leadership skills to the Association,” said Gibbs. “As Treasurer, Lisa is a key leader and resource for guiding our diverse network of members across Arizona.”
Paffrath has more than 15 years of real estate experience and currently serves as the broker and owner of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Grand View North located in Flagstaff and Williams.
Paffrath is a past President of the Northern Arizona Association of REALTORS®, a former Chair of the Arizona Association of REALTORS® Risk Management Committee and a graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy. She is also a past recipient of the Tyler Strout Vision Award, which recognizes a real estate practitioner who elevates the profile of REALTORS® in the community and exemplifies the Association’s vision of the best prepared real estate practitioner with the highest standards.
