Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill, known for serving modern Asian cuisine with American flair, brings its new concept in fast casual dining combined with a full-service dining experience to Hayden Peak Crossing on the Northeast corners of Thompson Peak Pkwy and Hayden Rd. in Scottsdale. Ling’s Wok Shop is slated to open its door to the public this Monday, September 13. This concept will be the first of its kind in the Ling & Louie’s brand.
“Ling & Louie’s is known for creating flavorful dishes using traditional Asian cooking techniques and ingredients in non-traditional ways,” said John Banquil, the company’s president and CEO. “At Ling’s Wok Shop, diners will enjoy our most popular menu items, plus a host of bold new flavors from across Asia.”
The combination of both counter-service and full-service dining service meets the needs of everyone. During lunch, Ling’s Wok Shop will operate as a fast-casual restaurant serving fast, consistent and delicious menu options that are both healthy and convenient.
During happy hour and dinner service – Ling’s Wok Shop will operate as a full-service restaurant providing friendly and knowledgeable service as well as a full bar of hand-crafted cocktails, expertly selected wines and local beers.
“At Ling’s Wok Shop, it’s all about the wok,” Banquil says, “Our wok-centered kitchen ensures that the food is fresh, clean, and healthy.”
Among these will be Ling’s Seafood Hot Pot, which features scallops, salmon and jumbo shrimp simmered in a green curry-coconut broth. The menu also will include clean, light and healthy wok-fired creations accentuated with the restaurant’s 15 signature sauces.
Ling’s Wok shop is an evolution of the Ling & Louie’s brand and a model for the company’s growth, Banquil said. As part of this shift, the restaurant will include takeout and curbside pick-up options.
Ling’s Wok Shop will be open for business Sunday through Thursday 11am – 9pm, Friday and Saturday 11am to 10pm. Doors open at the new location 20511 North Hayden Rd. Suite 100 in Scottsdale this Monday, September 13.
