Eureka! at Novus Innovation Corridor in Tempe is rolling out new menu items and cocktails, promising an unforgettable dining experience brimming with exciting new flavors. From innovative cocktails that will awaken the tastebuds to modern twists on comfort classic items, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
Among the new starter menu items are Dorito-crusted shishito peppers topped with tajin, Parmesan cheese, bourbon smoked honey, green onion, and avocado cilantro dressing for dipping, buttermilk-battered Carolina fried pickles with garlic aioli and slow-roasted pulled pork nachos with crispy onion strings, coleslaw, house made pickles, beer barbecue au jus, served with signature fries.
New entrées include:
- Beer Dog (pictured) beer bratwurst, with goat cheese, caramelized whiskey onions, apple cider braised cabbage, porter mustard, and Parmesan cheese, served with signature fries;
- NY Strip Steak 8 oz., served with grilled broccolini with cashew pesto and caramelized shallots, option to add bone marrow butter;
- Slow-Roasted Pulled Pork Sandwich with crispy onion strings, coleslaw, and house made pickles, served with beer barbecue au jus and signature fries;
- Pastrami Quesadilla featuring RC Provisions Pastrami, cheese blend, sauerkraut, chipotle sauce, and house made pickles, served with signature fries;
- Seared Salmon topped with beurre blanc, served with potato purée and green beans; and
- Roasted Veggie Tacos with carrots, pickled onions, avocado, cilantro, bean smear, salsa verde, served with arugula salad.
For dessert, there is carrot cake with WhistlePig Bourbon maple whipped cream and candied pecans.
Several new cocktails are featured, too. They include:
- Spa Day Margarita with Corazón Blanco Tequila, lime, cucumber, triple sec, agave nectar and salted cucumber air foam;
- Campfire! featuring Buffalo Trace Bourbon, graham cracker syrup, Amaro Montenegro, cinnamon, chocolate bitters, and topped with hickory smoke and roasted marshmallow;
- Big Island Daiquiri with Kuleana Huihui Rum, lime, yuzu, and ube;
- Pineapple Tequila Sour with Snow Cristalino Tequila, pineapple, passion fruit, aperol, and egg white;
- Uncharted Forests featuring Spring44 Gin, coconut, ginger, lime, pandan, and BroVo Forest Liqueur;
- Strawberry Lychee Martini with Spring44 Vodka, Giffard Lichi-Li, strawberry, and lemon; and
- Peach Buzz Sangria made of white wine, peach, lemon, Corazón Blanco Tequila, and triple sec.
Spirit-free drinks Ascension with Aplos Arise Adaptogen, elderflower tonic and lime, and Strawberry Limeade, round out the new beverage offerings.
In addition, Eureka! is offering a summer gift card promotion. Through June 30, purchase a $50 gift card, receive a $10 bonus card or purchase a $100 gift card, and receive $30 in bonus cards. The bonus cards are eligible for redemption from May 1 to July 31, 2024.
And keeping the fun rolling throughout the month, Eureka! will host all-day hoppy hour specials on Memorial Day, including: $5.50 of the best local craft beers, the signature Eureka! American Cheeseburger and fries, Mac N Cheese Balls, Truffle Cheese Fries, the Wild Child cocktail, and other libation specials.
Eureka! is part of Novus Place, the new main street entertainment district in the latest phase of the Novus Innovation Corridor, adjacent to Arizona State University’s Tempe campus. The restaurant boasts seating for 203 guests in a modern distillery look with desert design elements nearing 4,800 square feet. The bar highlights Eureka!’s special offers and there is a weatherized patio with a water feature for guests who enjoy dining al fresco. The dining room has 117 whiskey lockers that will allow whiskey lovers to discover their new favorite whiskeys and own personalized whiskey lockers.
