The Orpheum Theatre invites visitors to explore its mysterious past during Haunted History Tours on Oct. 23, 24, 30 and 31. Presented by Friends of the Orpheum Theatre, the guided tours combine local history with tales of ghostly encounters inside the downtown Phoenix landmark.
Guests will go behind the curtain to hear about unexplained happenings and the theater’s dramatic past. Designed for history enthusiasts, paranormal fans and anyone seeking a spooky evening out, the tours offer a different perspective on the historic venue. All proceeds benefit the Orpheum Theatre.
Tours are scheduled at 6, 7:15 and 8:30 p.m. on each date. Tickets are $30, and the event is listed for all ages. Guests should arrive 15 minutes before their scheduled departure for check-in. The 7:15 and 8:30 p.m. tours on Oct. 23 are already sold out.
