The Chandler Chamber Ostrich Festival will be back for another full weekend of entertainment, attractions, vendors and more. The festivities will run from March 17-20 and will include a special St. Patrick’s Day celebration on Thursday, March 17 at Tumbleweed Park in Chandler.
The Ostrich Festival is known as one of the premier family-friendly festivals in the southwest and a longstanding community tradition. The festival features national and regional entertainment, carnival midway, thrilling attractions, spectacular food and curated vendors.
For the first time ever, the Ostrich Festival will feature Chandler Community Day on Thursday, March 17. Chandler residents have the opportunity to receive up to two adult and four child tickets free of charge for their families to attend. For anyone who missed out on that opportunity, tickets for March 17 will be 50% off for Chandler residents until Thursday, March 17 at 9:00 a.m for online purchase only. The evening will kick off with “Kids Shaping Our Community,” which showcases talent and performances by children of the community. Ostrich Festival artwork from local Chandler students will also be displayed to highlight the city’s history and bring the community together. The festivities will be held at the Main Stage presented by Waymo.
Headliner acts include ‘80s cover band The Spazmatics (March 17), Rock & Roll Hall of Famers The Beach Boys (March 18), 3X Grammy-award winning R&B star Nelly (March 19), and two legendary Rock & Roll Hall of Fame supergroups, The Temptations and The Four Tops (March 20). The supporting acts include Warren G, Natty Rico, Jeffrey East, Vanilla Spice, PHX-LTS and Reminisce.
The festival will be open on Thursday, March 17 from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Friday, March 18 from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., Saturday, March 19 from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., and Sunday, March 20 from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.
