This October, León Law PLLC celebrates its 12-year anniversary of helping clients with their legal issues, with a focus on personal injury and wrongful death. Founded in 2011 by Jose M. León, Esq. with the mission of providing clients with a customer service-oriented experience, León Law helps their clients first get the proper treatment they need and second ensures they receive the best possible settlement.
“This is a people business,” says León, who was born and raised in Arizona and knew from a young age that he wanted to be a businessowner — and that he wanted to help people. “We know that an accident or injury can upend people’s lives. We want to make sure our clients are taken care of so they can get back to happy.”
León Law PLLC is built upon the concept of elevating the customer service experience and educating their clients on the legal process. As León began building his career in law, he quickly discovered this was an area he wanted to emphasize in his own firm.
After getting his bar card, he began working for a small firm where he was introduced to the niche of personal injury. He then enjoyed a job at Hastings & Hastings, where he continued to learn in a high-volume setting. Soon, León decided to open his own firm where he could apply the knowledge he gained through those experiences — and then add his brand of individualized attention for each client and very clear communication.
“I wanted to focus on customer service and the interaction between client and attorney,” says León. “By increasing the amount of communication throughout the entire process, we can really listen to the customer, focus on their needs and ensure a stress-free process for them.”
That process begins with treatment first. León says his firm always focuses on ensuring their clients get better first. The León Law team helps clients connect with the right providers and the right doctors so they can get proper care while also making sure that care is documented to help build the case, if necessary.
By focusing heavily on clients’ wellbeing and satisfaction over their own bottom line, the León Law team has earned a stellar reputation.
