Her bipartisan approach and deep policy expertise make her a formidable advocate for clients. Liz serves on multiple community boards, such as Touchstone Behavioral Health and Feeding Matters.
Cole Libera: Deputy Director of Government Affairs
A seasoned lobbyist, Cole has a proven track record in water policy, economic development, and zoning. Recognized as a Rising Political Star by the Arizona Capitol Times, he brings invaluable experience and relationships from his years representing clients at the Arizona Capitol. Cole actively participates in organizations like WESTMARC and Silent Witness.
Destiny Ruiz: Government Affairs Associate
A graduate of the University of Arizona, Destiny excels in legislative research and communication. Her experience with the Arizona Legislative Internship Program and the Arizona House of Representatives equips her to build strong relationships and support the team’s lobbying efforts effectively.
Amber Knapp: Government Affairs Associate and Land Use Planner
After a year of serving on Rose Law Group’s land use team, Amber will transition to the Government Relations Department, bringing her unique land use and zoning background to enhance the department’s skill set. With a BA in Urban Economic Development from Cleveland State University, she has spent her career advocating for private development interests across various land use issues. Amber also serves as Vice Chair for AAED’s Emerging Leaders Committee and is a member of the Paradise Valley Village Planning Committee.
Makenna Trapani: Government Affairs Intern
Makenna is a distinguished summa cum laude graduate from Arizona State University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice and Criminology. Currently preparing for the LSAT, she is committed to advancing her legal education. Alongside her academic pursuits, Makenna works in animal welfare advocacy. An avid scuba diver, she brings a spirit of adventure and creativity to the team.
