Brandon Bodea brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience, knowledge, and expertise to this new role. Bodea has been with Medalist Legal since the Firm’s inception, focusing on both litigation and transactional real estate matters. On the litigation side, Bodea has successfully handled many residential and commercial real estate disputes through all stages of litigation, including disputes involving real estate agents and brokers, insurance brokers, appraisers and other professionals. Bodea’s transactional practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial and residential real estate contracts, well agreements, loan documents, zoning matters, corporate documents, management agreements, and assisting with due diligence. Bodea is an Arizona native and ASU graduate; receiving Summa Cum Laude in undergraduate studies and Magna Cum Laude at Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law for his Juris Doctor.
