West USA Realty, Inc. founder and CEO Clay Fouts announced today the grand opening of its new West USA real estate office in Surprise, Arizona. The grand opening celebration is scheduled for Wednesday, January 15, 2014 from 4 to 6 PM.
The new location is approximately 2,300 square feet featuring a lobby, three conference rooms, private offices and a 1,200-square-foot training facility. West USA is currently taking reservations for those private offices.
West USA, which currently has a location in Arrowhead, recognizes the need for additional professional real estate locations for consumers. It also understands the need for state-of-the-art facilities for local real estate agents.

Sue Flucke, Arizona’s Association of REALTORS® (AAR) President and 2013 of REALTOR® of the Year, has been selected as the branch manager. West USA is now interviewing agents for the new office located at 15128 W. Bell Road, Ste. 10, Surprise, AZ 85374.
