Wells Fargo will conduct a ground breaking ceremony on Wednesday, December 11. As it formally announces plans to double the size of its current facilities at the Ocotillo Corporate Center. Wells Fargo will invest approximately $125 million to expand its current facilities by 410,000 square feet, which will allow the company to further invest in the community and bring more of its area team members to Chandler.
The expansion will add two new four-story buildings, including office space, a meeting and event center, and a full-service team member café, bringing total square footage at the campus to approximately 810,000 square feet. The new buildings will be designed and built to Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold standards set by the U.S. Green Building Council. The Campus will be located in the Ocotillo Corporate Center at 2600 S. Price Road in Chandler. Those scheduled to attend are; Gerrit van Huisstede, Wells Fargo Regional Banking Executive, Chandler Mayor Jay Tibshraeny along with other City of Chandler officials and Arizona State elected officials.
