WageWorks, Inc., a leader in administering consumer-directed benefits, such as health savings accounts, flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, and other tax-advantaged account based employee benefits, plans to fill more than 140 customer service and claims processing positions at the company’s state-of-the-art Tempe facility.
“WageWorks continues to experience significant growth, and already is the provider of choice for more than 45,000 clients,” says Edgar Montes, WageWorks chief operating officer. “We are dedicated to delivering the highest standards of service to our customers, as we prepare for the increased demand on our customer service center during the Open Enrollment season.”
Most of America’s employers conduct an open enrollment period every fall for employees to select their benefits for the following year.
“We help people every day get reimbursed for their medications, assist with co-pays, or answer questions regarding how a parent can get their child covered under their company’s FSA plan,” Montes said. “Our customer service teams assist people with important decisions and reimbursements of critical expenses. We look to hire dedicated service and claims processing employees over the next few weeks, so they are trained and ready to support the needs of millions of people who rely on WageWorks for their benefits.”
Customer service representatives will first be hired as seasonal agents, with a minimum six-to-eight month commitment and a required four-week training of all new hires. The office is located at 1850 W. Rio Salado Pkwy., and is open from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. MT, Monday through Friday. The first class will start on August 17.
