USI Insurance Services, based in Valhalla, N.Y., announced today the closing of the acquisition of Webb & Greer Insurance Agency, Inc., based in Tempe, Ariz. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1995, Webb & Greer provides personalized, value-added commercial property and liability insurance programs in the Phoenix metropolitan area and throughout the United States. By combining the existing USI Phoenix office with Webb & Greer, USI extends its presence as one of the largest middle-market insurance brokerage firms in the Greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
