Richmond American Homes of Arizona, Inc. (a Delaware corporation) purchased 70 finished lots at Laveen Village in Phoenix for $3.5 million. The lots were part of a three community assemblage that included 41 gated lots in Laveen Villages III on Southern Avenue, west of 27th Avenue, 15 lots in Laveen Village AMD, west of the northwest corner of Baseline Road, and 27th Avenue and 14 lots in Southern Views, on 35th Avenue north of Baseline Road. Brian Rosella and Will French with Cassidy Turley Arizona’s Land Group represented the sellers, Cowley Companies and related entities during the transaction.
Laveen Village was originally developed in 2002-2008 by Courtland Homes. They completed 679 homes within the three communities before they stopped building homes due to the economy.
