Lewis and Roca LLP is pleased to announce that partner John Rawicz recently became the President of the Arizona Theatre Company, beginning his two year term in this role. He joined the Board of Trustees in 2007 and has served on the Executive, Finance and Managing Director Search Committees. Rawicz also works to further grow and bring awareness to the organization.
Rawicz is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate practice group. His practice focuses on the representation of developers and equity investors in the acquisition and disposition of all types of commercial real estate, renewable energy developers in the acquisition or leasing of sites for renewable energy facilities, institutional lenders and life insurance companies in commercial loan transactions, and REITs in sale-leaseback transactions. Additionally, Rawicz has experience in the acquisition, sale and financing of hotels and resorts throughout the United States and abroad.
