On January 23, My OfficeTM – Business Suites hosted an open house and ribbon cutting of its newest Executives Suites facility in the Class A development of Thunderbird Office Park at
14050 N. 83rd Avenue in Peoria located at the 101 and Thunderbird. Several City of Peoria elected officials and City leaders attended and the Peoria Chamber of Commerce led the ribbon-cutting festivities.
While most executive suites are either considered small and niche at 3,000 s.f. or super-sized and uncongenial at more than 20,000 s.f., the My Office space in the Thunderbird Office Park is properly-sized at 8,000 s.f. to create a personalized touch that exudes professionalism. Upgrades made to the facility create a perfect mix of private suites and open collaborative areas featuring three conference rooms, a multipurpose area and a coffee bar.
One of the most exciting upgrades to the facility is the collaborative workspace areas.
“While some people prefer personal offices, we’ve found that many business owners, particularly millennials, prefer opportunities to network and collaborate with smart like-minded businesses,” said Jill Pogrant, co-owner and in charge of leasing and operations for My OfficeTM, and 30-year resident of the West Valley. “We designed the space to fit all needs, including several collaborative workspace areas starting at only $300 with free wifi and a special area that has 24/7 access.”
