In the webinar, titled “Practices for Maintaining Mental Health While Working from Home,” Barela highlights tips for setting a routine, maintaining social connections and exercising. She also discusses how to set up a designated work area at home and repurpose commuting time and outlines several options for exercising both inside and outdoors.
