CKS Advisors, a proven investment banking firm, is pleased to announce that Edward F. Kidner, JD, CPA has joined the firm as a managing director.
Kidner has more than 30 years of experience as both a professional services advisor and as a CEO/CFO. Prior to joining CKS, he served as a partner in a Top Ten national accounting firm where he led the firm’s Mergers & Acquisition/Private Equity Tax Practice. Kidner’s wealth of experience includes serving clients in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, technology, healthcare, life sciences and service industries. His well-rounded career, which includes leadership positions at a Big 4 accounting firm, a Fortune 100 company and two full-service law firms as well as six years as CEO and general counsel of a consolidated group of companies, gives Kidner key insights to advise clients on a wide variety of complex matters. As both an attorney and CPA, Kidner has extensive experience in tax planning and structuring, divestitures, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, business planning, bankruptcy attribute planning, contract negotiations and finance. Kidner has written several articles, is an accomplished public speaker, and is active in civic and professional organizations.
