Steady Install, Inc. brings on new Chief Growth Officer

Steady Install, Inc.

Ian Prendergast

Phoenix technology startup Steady Install, Inc. has added Ian Prendergast, former Director of Market Expansion and Business Development from Qwick, to help grow the company’s presence.

In his new role as Steady Install’s Chief Growth Officer, Prendergast will also be joining the company as a partner and will champion business development and revenue growth, as well as collaborate on corporate strategy, process management and new market expansion. Prendergast brings valuable experience to Steady Install as the startup continues to advance in the Phoenix market and plan expansion into additional domestic markets.

Ben Bottner, Steady Install’s co-founder and CEO, believes Prendergast brings a wealth of experience in the online gig economy marketplace to the company, and will be instrumental in the company’s growth.

Prendergast is a talented and dynamic leader with a proven track record of helping gig economy companies increase revenue and scale. He last served as Director Business Development at Qwick, an on demand staffing platform in the F&B/hospitality industry, where he led demand generation and scaled them to $5M ARR across 8 markets.

He has recently been a highly sought after entity by many Phoenix based tech companies, however he felt immediately drawn to Steady Install.

“I was looking for a unique and special opportunity where I could work with a strong leadership team that has a proven track record,” said Prendergast. “The explosive revenue growth is proof that Steady Install is positioned to completely disrupt the office furniture installation industry and I know my experience and abilities will help accelerate this growth and overall company success.  I am thrilled to be a part of this journey with such a talented group of entrepreneurs.”

Steady Install, Inc. provides any business in the commercial/office furniture installation industry with a centralized system to directly and more efficiently source surplus installers at lower rates than they pay now—all on one easy-to-use platform. Steady Install workers earn 20-40% more by working our projects, get paid immediately when they work, and arrive motivated, prepared and ready to install.
