Realty Executives International Ranked #177 by Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2014 Franchise 500® List

Realty Executives International is pleased to announce it has once again been named to Entrepreneur Magazine’s Franchise 500® list, coming in for 2014 with an astounding year-over-year rank increase. The Phoenix-based international real estate franchising company ranked at number 177 worldwide for 2014 amongst hard-hitting franchise peers across dozens of industries. The prestigious 2014 ranking represents a 99-place increase compared to the company’s 2013 ranking of 276.

Realty Executives International experienced another productive franchise sales year, closing nearly 70 franchise sales deals year-to-date in 2013 including several new international franchises. Only six real estate companies were included in the 2014 ranking and Realty Executives ranked higher than three of those: including Weichert Real Estate Affiliates, Keller Williams Realty and Assist-to-Sell.

“We are delighted to have widely surpassed our ranking goal and be recognized in this prestigious report for 2014,” said Realty Executives International owner and CEO Rich Rector. “I believe our ranking increased so dramatically because of the effort we have placed in recent years on providing stability and growth opportunities to our franchisees worldwide, and I am so proud of our team.”

The ranking is compiled annually by Entrepreneur Magazine and lists franchises in a diverse number of industries based on specific criteria, including financial strength and stability, company objectives, growth rate and size of the franchise system and length of time franchising, along with several other factors. More than 2,500 different franchises were considered, but the 500 franchises with the highest cumulative scores were ranked in order on the general listing. This is the 21st time Realty Executives International has been named to the Entrepreneur Magazine Franchise 500® list since the firm started its franchising operation in 1973.

Helping the company achieve this feat were the franchise sales efforts of the company’s regional developers, the launch and integration of new technologies designed to improve the productivity of sales agents and a new internal emphasis on customer service and franchise support.
