M Catering, the award-winning special event catering division of M Culinary Concepts, has been selected as the exclusive food service provider for WestWorld of Scottsdale, including the Tony Nelssen Equestrian Center. Marquee events hosted at WestWorld include Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction and the Scottsdale Arabian Horse Show. M Catering, jointly owned by celebrity chef Michael DeMaria and Brandon Maxwell, is the No. 1 volume catering company in Arizona.
“We are excited to partner with National Western Capital Corporation to serve the City of Scottsdale, and clients and attendees at WestWorld,” said Michael Stavros, director of Sales & Marketing and spokesman for M Catering. M Catering already operates Monterra at WestWorld – which can accommodate up to 400 guests for plated dinners and more than 1,000 for receptions. It was named Monterra’s exclusive catering and events provider this past June, completing a $200,000 remodel of the venue this past August.
M Catering’s contract was expanded to also include exclusive food and beverage services for the entire 386-acre WestWorld of Scottsdale special events facility on December 10, 2013.
