Local Home Care Franchise Owners Recognized for Customer Satisfaction

Local entrepreneurs and BrightStar Care owners, Thom and Cyndi Moore, were recently recognized at BrightStar’s national conference as distinguished recipients of the company’s Community Leadership Award.

BrightStar Care is a national franchise with more than 250 locations in 38 states that provide medical and non-medical care to private clients within their homes, as well as supplemental care staff to corporate clients. BrightStar offers a range of compassionate, person-centered care to people of all ages, from infants to seniors, while also offering disease-specific care for individuals with chronic conditions.

Surrounded by fellow colleagues at the franchise’s annual national conference in Dallas, the Moores were recognized for achieving top customer satisfaction as measured by Net Promoter Score. The company awards these recipients because they have exhibited superior customer service to their clients and their enthusiasm to please their customers is unmatched.
