Chef Wiley of Hearth ’61 at Mountain Shadows has created a special pre-made menu featuring a Local Organic Roasted Beet Salad, Roast Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Shiitake Mushrooms, Sweet Corn Grits, Duncan’s Farm Organic Vegetables, Parker House Rolls, and a Strawberry Shortcake Tart for $39 per person. Make the experience extra luxe with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label for $45 or choose a bouquet and bubbles featuring a beautiful floral wrap from Cactus Flower and a bottle of Prosecco for $55.

Orders will be taken through May 7 at 4 p.m. by phone at 480.624.5431 or by email at hearth61@mountainshadows.com. Orders will be picked up at the Hearth ’61 bar between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. on Mother’s Day. Mountain Shadows is located at 5445 E. Lincoln Dr., Paradise Valley.
