CCG Catalyst, a bank consulting firm providing strategic direction for banks, has named Ryan Esquell as senior vice president of business development, focusing primarily on working with CCG Catalyst clients and prospective clients to develop and implement sound strategic initiatives as well as establishing increased executive-level relationships.
Esquell has worked with a number of financial institutions with various engagements ranging from strategic planning, merger integrations, contract negotiations, back-office consolidations, technology evaluations, efficiency/cost reduction initiatives and profit improvement strategies.

Esquell holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
