Arizona native and Xavier College Preparatory graduate, Whitney White Kozlowski, is bringing her unique approach to fitness, retail and community to the North Central Phoenix area. Opening on August 8, 2026, The Beau Collective Phoenix is the organization’s second location and the first in Arizona. The fitness, retail and social flex space is located at 5115 N. Central Ave., just north of the 70-year-old Uptown Plaza.

The Beau Collective, a Park City, Utah staple since 2014, was designed as a way to provide unique opportunities for connection between people in the community while focusing on fitness and mental wellness. The new Phoenix location will continue to drive the business’s mission.

The newly converted 6,648-square-foot, single-story free-standing office building was constructed in 1973 and will be home to HIIT-style training classes and one-of-a-kind retail shopping, as well as a place for community and connection. The Phoenix location will have a flex space for after hour activations, rentals and residencies perfect for business meetings, personal growth sessions, community workshops and social connections. The space can hold up to 100 people.

“The Beau Collective in Park City was born out of necessity,” said Kozlowski. “As I got older, I missed having a team and support system of friends and community, it turns out, so do many other people.”

“When we decided to expand to a larger market, there was no other city I cared about more than Phoenix,” Kozlowski added. “Fitness and community are the core of The Beau Collective, and we have responded to the popularity and growth year after year in Park City. Our next chapter is opening in Phoenix, just blocks away from where I grew up, and I cannot wait to watch the connections blossom in the desert.”

Kozlowski and her team worked with Imagine Builders for roughly 18 months to convert the historic medical building into a must-see aspirational environment.

The Phoenix location of The Beau Collective will be larger and more robust in its community-driven offerings compared to the original Utah location and will be able to support the larger density of people in the north Phoenix area. The facility also has 35 dedicated parking spaces, a luxury in Central Phoenix.

The grand opening is scheduled for August 8, 2026 from 8 a.m. -11 a.m. offering community members a sampling of mini fitness classes at 8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. There will be light bites from local restaurants, shopping experiences and raffles every hour.

Day-to-day operations at The Beau Collective Phoenix will be led by Sarah Duncan, a fourth-generation Arizonan from a farming family and Xavier College Preparatory graduate. Brigette Sebald, an Arizona native and Brophy and Xavier College Preparatory mom, will be part of the operations in the Community Captain role. Sebald is also the owner of “Truckers by Tam” hats, which will be sold at The Beau Collective. The community hub is one of the only brick-and-mortar locations to purchase the custom hats in the Valley.

In addition to concierge fitness, retail at The Beau Collective is masterfully curated and includes collaborations with many well-known and respected brands, including Lululemon, Stanley, Free People Movement, and countless others.
