ClearSky Rehabilitation Hospital of Avondale will be a 30-bed facility that is expected to treat about 650 patients annually. The planned 43,000-square-foot medical facility will feature private rooms, a rehabilitative gym, dining room, and an activity of daily living space. Physician-led rehabilitative services will include physical, occupational, and speech therapy; rehabilitative nursing; case management; respiratory therapy, dietary services, and other specialized care.
