Sunbelt Modular Inc., a leading producer of high-quality and sustainable modular building solutions has announced the acquisition of BRITCO Structures, based in Texas. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2011 by Brent Morgan, President, BUSA is a manufacturer of commercial modular structures focused on delivering complex and expansive projects throughout the central and western United States. The team is a dedicated, highly trained and experienced workforce of professionals dedicated to safety, quality and teamwork to complete projects on time.

The Texas facility has been producing government, education, dormitories, training centers, healthcare facilities, housing (temporary, permanent, and workforce), restrooms, containers, and offices since its inception.

Sunbelt Modular is a portfolio company of Littlejohn & Co., LLC. Britco Structures, USA represents Sunbelt Modular’s eleventh acquisition since its inception and the first since being acquired by Littlejohn in November 2024.
