Helpany Inc., the award-winning innovator in AI-powered fall prevention and care optimization, announced today the relocation of its U.S. headquarters from San Francisco, California to Phoenix, Arizona. The move underscores Helpany’s rapid growth and deep customer success across the state, while further aligning the company with Arizona’s thriving innovation and technology ecosystem.

Over the past year, Helpany has delivered standout results across multiple senior living communities, serving more than 2,500 residents. Communities using the platform have reported up to 72% fewer falls, 21% more time for personalized care without added staff, and 22% of service plans updated to better reflect residents’ changing needs. The technology has also generated up to $200,000 in added annual value per community, driven by fewer falls, reduced emergency responses, and more efficient workflows—particularly through offsetting overnight staffing costs. In some locations, fall-related 911 calls dropped by as much as 80%, signaling a major reduction in emergency incidents.

These measurable outcomes have earned Helpany recognition across the senior living industry, including two Gold and one Silver McKnight’s Tech Awards — plus the coveted “Best in Show” honor — as well as the LeadingAge Arizona Innovation Award, recognizing its impact on safety, efficiency, and quality of care.

“Our Arizona customers have embraced innovation and truly set new standards in care,” said Sandro Cilurzo, CEO and Co-Founder of Helpany. “Arizona has one of the highest densities of senior living communities in the nation—home to more than 700 licensed senior living communities serving nearly 40,000 older adults. Relocating our U.S. headquarters here is a natural step as we continue to grow nationwide.”

In addition to the headquarters relocation, Helpany announced that production of its Paul® devices will move to the United States, with manufacturing beginning in Texas later this year. This transition will enable faster delivery times, improved logistics, and new manufacturing jobs—further strengthening the company’s U.S. supply chain and quality control.

“Arizona is the ideal state for an AI hardware company,” added Eugenie Nicoud, COO and Co-Founder of Helpany. “The region’s growing investment in advanced manufacturing and technology innovation makes it the perfect home for Helpany’s next chapter. By producing locally and staying close to our customers, we’re building for scale, sustainability, and long-term impact.”

With its new Arizona headquarters and Texas production facility, Helpany continues its mission to transform senior care through technology that is proactive, privacy-preserving, and people-first.
