The Milkshake Factory, the Pittsburgh-based dessert brand known for its milkshakes and premium ice cream, is bringing its first Arizona location to Chandler. The ribbon-cutting is set for Tuesday, May 21st, 2025.
Located in the heart of Chandler, Milkshake Factory will offer its signature handcrafted experience, featuring decadent milkshakes made from scratch made from small-batch ice cream, artisanal chocolates and sundaes—all crafted fresh in-house daily.

Originally founded as a family-owned chocolate shop nearly a century ago, Milkshake Factory has expanded into a beloved destination for dessert lovers across the country. The Chandler location will mark the brand’s first entrance into Arizona, continuing its tradition of offering high-quality, housemade treats in a welcoming environment.
