The owners of Humble Bistro are excited to announce their new concept, Humble Oysters & Bubbles, a seafood parlor and bubbles bar. Like a pearl in the desert, Humble Oysters & Bubbles offers a casual, yet sophisticated experience guests won’t forget. The seafood restaurant is located at 5415 E. High Street in Phoenix.
“We’re beyond thrilled to open our new seafood concept on High Street,” said Jorge Gomez, chef, and partner of Humble Bistro. “The freshly renovated space will feature the signature Humble Bistro charm, superior service, scratch-made, globally influenced food and an enticing selection of bubbles domestically and from around the world at amazingly affordable prices. We look forward to welcoming the community in — not just for great seafood but for a “Not So” Humble experience.”
This 2,300 square foot space is located next door to the Humble Bistro High Street location. Greeted with a vintage mediterranean vibe, guests are welcomed inside by a beautiful spread of fresh seafood, oyster shucking station and the steam kettles where these unique dishes are cooked. The walls have detailed craftsmanship of paint wood carpentry complimented by subway tiles and concrete bar top to create a rustic aesthetic of textures and tones. Chic black and white photos are lined above the loveseats that surround a large central bar where guests can dine, and watch meals be prepared to order.
Guests can get a taste of the high life in this seafood parlor with oysters, mussels, clams, crab, lobster, shrimp, scallops, octopus and fresh fish featured in pastas, curries, and sandwiches. Available is an ever-rotating selection of oysters that are chosen from boutique farms, these exclusive oysters are available in a variety of chef preparations. An expansive selection of world bubbles like Champagne, Crémant, Cava, Prosecco, Rose and sparkling are offered to pair with outstanding food. This outstanding wine selection at great prices, crafted spritzes and select cocktails round out the bar offerings.
Humble Oysters & Bubbles will be open Sunday-Thursday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. with lunch and daily hours expanding to 11 a.m. soon.
