ACE Home Services is expanding its footprint with the opening of a new 10,000-square-foot headquarters. Located in the Tempe area, the facility brings together training and customer support in a location designed for efficiency, scalability and the space to support the company’s rapid growth and evolving needs.
The new headquarters features a 5,000-square-foot warehouse that serves as a hub for the company’s 50 service vehicles, with expanded storage to streamline equipment distribution and improve response times for customers across the Phoenix area. By consolidating these operations under one roof, the company can deliver faster, reliable service to meet the increasing demand in the area.
The facility also includes a hands-on training space designed to mirror residential systems. The training area has fully operational installations like water heaters, sinks, showers and a range of electrical components, including outlets, switches and panels. Plans are underway to add a packaged HVAC unit, allowing technicians to gain practical, real-world experience in a controlled setting, strengthening both technical skills and service quality.
The training program is supported by staffed regional trainers who provide ongoing instruction and professional development. By investing in education, ACE Home Services is ensuring its workforce remains up to date with the latest technologies and industry standards, an increasingly important factor as home systems become more advanced.
